Refund Policy

At Officers Examination Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education and
training to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise that require students to
seek a refund for their enrollment fees. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for
obtaining a refund from the Officers Examination Academy.

1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered for students who officially withdraw from the program.
- To be eligible for a refund, the withdrawal must be made within 7 days from the start date of
the program/course.

2. Refund Procedure:
- Students seeking a refund must submit a written request to the Academy's administration.
- The request must include the student's name, contact information, program/course name,
and a brief explanation for the withdrawal.
- Requests can be submitted via email to refunds@officersexaminationacademy.com..

3. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be determined based on the date of withdrawal:
- If the withdrawal occurs within the first 7 days, the student is eligible for a full refund of the
enrollment fee.
- If the withdrawal occurs after the initial 7 days, no refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Application fees, examination fees, and any other non-refundable fees are not eligible for a
refund under any circumstances.

5. Refund Processing Time:
- Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks from the date the written request is received.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

6. Course Cancellation:
- In the event that Officers Examination Academy cancels a program/course, students will be
entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.

7. Appeals:
- Students who disagree with the refund decision may submit a written appeal to the
Academy's administration within 3 days of the refund notification.
